West Point Apartments, Wellington Street

By at August 6, 2011 | 4:30 pm | 5 Comments

The West Point apartment block does not pretend to be anything that it is not. Pomp and pretention can so easily get in the way with architectural design and it is nice to see things kept simple!

This is quite simply a 14 storey residential development with 353 modern apartments. Its stone clad walls and oceans of glass tell you exactly what this structure is. However, West Point actually has more within its walls than you’d expect.

West Point’s apartments are beautifully finished throughout with solid wood floors, glossy black kitchens and spacious glass-fronted balconies. The building also boasts a twenty-four hour concierge, a restaurant, a bar and its own supermarket.

As you can appreciate, there is actually lot more to West Point than first meets the eye! Situated on the south-west side of the city, this is a very convenient place to live.  It’s no small wonder then, why the apartments in West Point are so sought-after. The one and two bedroomed apartments at St Pauls Court really do offer excellent value for money and privacy.  And you will be hard pushed to find a contemporary development that is any more conveniently situated than this.

St Pauls Court sits on the western side of the city centre, a great location for a converted apartment block.  Not only are all of the usual big name stores just around the corner, but it will only take a few minutes to get onto the motorway.

So if you have been looking for a living space that is right in the heart of financial and legal part of Leeds, you search may be complete.

Sparrows Wharf Apartments, 32 The Calls

By at August 6, 2011 | 9:00 am | 0 Comment

A riverside apartment block should always take full advantage of its location and that is exactly what Sparrows Wharf does.  Its balconies overhang the river and these offer some lovely panoramic views of the water below.

Sparrows Wharf was one of the first warehouses in Leeds to be turned into an apartment block and it sets a very fine precedent indeed.

The one and two bedroom apartments in this building are finished to a very high standard and feature some nicely laid-out kitchens and bathrooms. Because it has retained its traditional appearance this development looks superb in its location on The Calls.

Sure, you can see straight away that Sparrows Wharf has been modernised, but it has all been carried in a very tasteful manner. Sparrows Wharf is a thoroughly handsome property within a lovely part of the city.  And when you consider this, you will realise just what superb value it has to offer.
