The Engine House is one of two warehouse conversions within the Fearn Island Mills development. It is situated in Neptune Street on the eastern edge of Leeds city centre. This part of town is well-known for its high quality apartments and the Engine House is by no means an exception. And because this street runs alongside the River Aire these living spaces offer some lovely views of the water from their full height windows. Although this apartment block manages to look thoroughly modern yet it does so without losing any of its authenticity.

The Engine House is quite a simple-looking structure but its generous windows and handsome brickwork give it a decidedly classy air. And the interior boasts many original features; high ceilings wooden floors and walls with exposed brickwork. All in all the Engine House is an extremely attractive place to live in a much sought-after part of the town
