Langton s Wharf may be older than many other apartment blocks in Leeds but you would certainly never know it. Built in 1992 its traditionally-styled facade still looks very handsome in this riverside location. This building makes very good use of space and its apartments are pleasantly roomy inside. It also gives you the impression that there is a sufficient distance between each living space; a quality sadly lacking in many other and more modern developments.

Langton s Wharf has some well-planted communal grounds and there are some excellent views of the nearby river from its simple but spacious balconies. As far as riverside developments go Langton s Wharf is a clear winner. It is quiet well laid out and the apartments are all nicely finished. This apartment block may not be right in the city centre but local shops pubs and clubs are only a short walk away. All in all Langton s Wharf sits in a very desirable part of Leeds.
