The pure white fa ade of Manor Mills with its copper-green panelling and glassy balconies is striking artistic and very pleasing on the eye. This snazzy apartment block stands on Ingram Street in the south-west part of the city centre. And with the Holbeck Urban Village to one side and the monolithic Bridgewater Tower to the other it is certainly a great location However even though Manor Mills is in such an up-and-coming area of Leeds it still manages to offer great value for money.

This may be quite a built-up part of the city but it certainly has its advantages. There are plenty of facilities right on the doorstep and it will only take around ten minutes to walk to the city centre. The apartments in Manor Mills are up to a good standard with some decent quality kitchens and bathrooms. Its top floor boasts the largest balconies but the rest are certainly large enough to enjoy.
