Portland Place may only have a small number of apartments to its name but it is still a very appealing development. Its sandy facade and classy curved balconies make it a very tasteful feature on Calverley Street. This is a building with an air of efficiency about it; yes it is a modern-looking apartment block but it doesn’t want people to make too big a deal about it The twenty apartments in Portland Place all feature lovely wooden floors and there are some really nice communal areas.

Fussier people may be a little disappointed with the kitchens and bathrooms in this development but they are certainly not lacking in any great way. As you can imagine this is a very sought-after part of the city to live in because it is right next door to the wonderful Millennium Square. So to find a small modern unassuming apartment block such as Portland Place in its midst is an exciting discovery to be found.
